I had a decent stay, apart from forgetting my Sony earphones and not getting them back. The room was clean and tidy, which was a bonus.

perfect for weekend strolls through stunning landmarks and parks
I really enjoyed my stay as it was just a short stroll to the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery, and also close by was the lovely Trail and Error which was perfect for grabbing a coffee before exploring the city. it’s great to have all these attractions within a leisurely walk, making the sightseeing so much easier.

Unsafe environment with no locking doors. Unclean bedding and curtains with bugs. Constant noise from nearby residents and unpleasant odors throughout.

Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The beds were clean. I appreciated the simplicity and accessibility of the room. Having a private space to unwind while being close to key attractions was a bonus!
Unfortunately, thin walls allowed disruptive noise from adjacent rooms, making it hard to sleep soundly. I encountered unexpected charges that left a sour note on my stay.

The stay provided all necessary facilities, including a shared bathroom and a kitchen. I appreciated the convenience of having an electric kettle in the room for a quick cup of tea. During my walk to the Potteries Museum and Art Gallery, I found a lovely café nearby to grab a coffee, which made my day. It reminded me of my favorite cafes back home in Cork.
The area felt rough at times, and I did not encounter any staff during my stay. The noise level from communal areas was disruptive at night.
